Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock after an order has been placed, we will notify you and provide options, including a refund or substitution. Prices listed on our website include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable and may change without prior notice. We accept payments through credit and debit cards, PayPal, Payoneer, Skrill, and other secure payment gateways. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by PayPal, for instance, or other payment method methods as well as any applicable currency conversion fees.
Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel an order without notice. Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their own specific terms and may have expiration dates. Customers are responsible for reviewing order details before finalizing a purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We ship within the United Kingdom (UK) and selected international locations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, customs processing, or adverse weather conditions.
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If an item is lost or damaged during transit, customers must notify us within seven days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Customers may return unopened and unused products within fourteen (14) days of receipt. At Spices2Go, we strive to deliver our products to you in impeccable condition. Should you encounter any issues, kindly return the package along with its contents, specifying the date and location of purchase. We will promptly provide a replacement and cover the return postage cost. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Applies within the UK only.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or perishable goods cannot be returned. If the return is approved, refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item.
Customers are exclusively responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned in a used or altered condition will not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as pricing errors or inventory discrepancies. If we cancel an order, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Customers must store and use products as intended and are responsible for checking product ingredients for allergens. We do not accept liability for adverse health reactions resulting from the use or consumption of our products. Our products are sold for personal use only and should not be resold without written consent from Spices2Go.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the product information provided, products and their ingredients may change. You are advised to always read the product label for ingredients, nutrition, dietary claims, and allergens. Spices2Go is unable to accept liability for any incorrect information.
All of our spices are packed in facility that also packages Peanuts, Tree nuts and other nuts, Wheat, Sesame Seeds, Cereals containing Gluten, Milk, Lactose, Celery, Soya, Mustard & Sulphites.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of England and Wales courts.
