Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Spices2Go Paprika Powder
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 210°C (fan 190°C).
- Place potato wedges in a large bowl.
- Add olive oil and toss thoroughly.
- Sprinkle with Spices2Go Paprika Powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until evenly coated.
- Spread wedges on a baking tray.
