Paprika Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 800 g potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Spices2Go Paprika Powder
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C (fan 190°C).
  2. Place potato wedges in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil and toss thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle with Spices2Go Paprika Powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix until evenly coated.
  6. Spread wedges on a baking tray.
  7. Roast for 40 minutes, turning once.
